This was a great place for two families with four kids total, and there was still room to spare. We were happy with the price, location, check-in & check-out instructions, and Michael responded quickly when we had a small issue with the wifi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Boone!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wanted to start this off with 5 more stars because the 5 I gave simply wasn’t enough. Michael was responsive, proactive, and even went the extra mile to gift us with a beautiful plaque upon check in. With us attending my aunts funeral, everything even down to the minor details was critical during this time. Michael made sure that this entire process was absolutely stress free. The home was fully stocked, he checked in frequently and I will forever be grateful for the extra care he took during this hosting to accommodate myself and my family.

Michael’s beach house truly is a treasure for families. We just spent the week with a family of 8 including an almost 2 year old. The layout is great and spacious and gave us plenty of space to spend time together for meals and games and still have privacy and quiet time when needed The amenities that come with the house are fabulous. Games and books for adults, so many toys for the kids, baby gates, and other helpful items for small children, fully stocked kitchen and a garage full of beach toys, chairs ,etc Michael also leaves a large supply of starter items … paper towels , toilet paper, coffee, cleaning supplies etc And it’s such an easy walk to the beach. We definitely would stay here again!

My adult daughter, her adult cousin, and teen niece and nephew stayed here during a family gathering weekend in New Bern. They enjoyed the house and found it to be clean, a nice space, in a good location, and having a fun game room (with ping-pong enjoyed the most). There was excellent communication with the host.

Beautiful home love the location Newbern is a beautiful city; had a great time we could see 4th of July fire works from the house. we will be renting again and have friends and Family that want to rent this home.

Our stay was amazing. The house had picturesque views of the mountains from an amazing deck. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, as the flat too and gas grill. House was so clean and beds were comfy. House presents even better in person. Overall, a terrific stay! Can’t wait to go back.

This location was beautiful! The hosts were very responsive and so helpful with any questions/concerns. We will definitely be saving this place for the next time we need a place in the area!!

My guys were in town for a work trip and this place was perfect for them. Clean, comfortable, and great host. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if it’s available the next time we are in town.

Our stay was absolutely fun, relaxing and perfect for a family oriented getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home - the space is warm and welcoming, beautifully decorated and equipped, the golf simulator, the kitchen and grill, putting green - everything! Made it easy to relax. The views of the lake from the property were a highlight - so great to wake up to every morning. We spent our evenings around the fire pit, sharing stories and laughs. The screened-in patio was another favorite spot, perfect for enjoying the outdoors without the bugs. This place has it all and we can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time in Conestee Falls! The house was perfect for our group--two families with teenagers (8 total). Great layout--everyone had their own space, and the common areas were very comfortable. The house has a new deck with a screened-in area, which was perfect for reading during the afternoon rain. The House is perched just above one of the lakes on the property, and we enjoyed paddling around using the stand-up paddle board, and kayaks provided. Our kids enjoyed playing tennis and swimming in the community pool. There is a fantastic hike within the neighborhood that takes you to Conestee Falls, which is quite spectacular. We also enjoyed hiking in nearby Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Park. Michael was a terrific host!--Very responsive to all of our inquiries, and went over-and-above to make sure that we had everything we needed. Truly, I can not recommend this house (and the entire area of Brevard) enough. I hope to be back soon!
